Lovely antique silver earrings from a large collection of Guatemalan jewelry. These earrings are important ethnographic pieces. The earrings are made of silver and have a small carved Jaguar figural along with the initials of the woman who owned them. From the highland region these earrings were perhaps loved and worn for many years by a Guatemalan indigenous woman. A tribute to the beauty of those who live with very little but love and enjoy their culture and their land. These pieces are a rare find. COLLECTOR QUALITY
