Amazing HA bracelet. This piece is undoubtedly Aguilar but unfortunately lost is mark. The mark for this particular bracelet was placed inside in a small flat plaque of silver and soldered in the inside. In this bracelet, the site where the plaque sat is visible but the plaque is missing. Therefore, though we are sure of the provenance of this bracelet, the price reflects that the marks are missing. A great opportunity to own a masterful piece for a fraction of the price. The bracelet is in ...click for details

This amazing studio piece was made by designer Frank Lowenstein in Cuernavaca Mexico. Like most of his pieces it is a one-of-a-kind collectible ring. The ring is completely hand-wrought and Mr. Lowenstein has specialized in unique stones that he cuts, polishes and then "listens to" so he can make the most glorious rings. This ring is made in sterling and stamped with Frank's hallmark. It is a size 7. Superbly elegant.

Most collectors of Mexican Mid Century silver agree that the pieces made by Felipe Martinez are extraordinary. However, as much as they are extraordinary they are also very difficult to find. I believe the reason is simple, he did not produce for an extended period of time. Other such as Spratling, Aguilar and Los Castillo produced jewelry for several decades. This is a marvelous obsidian bracelet by Felipe Martinez. Modernist design and impeccable craftsmanship. The inlay obsidian fuses sea ...click for details
