One of the most desirable necklaces by William Spratling. An amazing piece easy to wear and very elegant. This amethyst and bells necklace with Pre Columbian motifs is a very rare find. Few of these have ever surfaced in the collector's market. The marks are correct and correspond to Spratling's first design period. Measures 17-1/2" in length and the amethyst drops are 1-1/2" long. The cascabels (bells) have a sweet melodic sound. COLLECTOR QUALITY
