Magnificent necklace from the earliest production of Hector Aguilar's Taller. This necklace is a rare find. Made on Sterling, not silver 940, the necklace corresponds to the late 1930s or early 1940s and this is also evident by the hallmark. A rare and magnificent find, 98 piece flatware set for 12 with the eagle stamp fully hallmarked . The set was made by Tane Orfebres in Mexico City and each piece is fully hallmarked. The set is probably from the 1960s and it is in exceptionally good condition. Each utensil is marked 925 Sterling Mexico Tane and also bears the signature of the artist R. A very hard to find complete set by Maestro Ricardo Salas. The set consists of gorgeous links made with large amethyst cabochons surrounded with small turquoise beads and a fine sterling setting. The necklace has nine links on the front. The bracelet is composed of seven links and there are two of these links on each earring and they have post for pierced ears.
