Vintage mid-century LARGE earrings from Oaxaca. These earrings correspond to the "EMES" of "M" design very popular in Oaxaca. These fine filigree earrings are probably from the 50s or 60s. The fine filigree is adorned with large fresh water pearls and natural salt water pearls. The red and white rhinestones add special life to these pieces. Extraordinary large "Gusanos" pearl and gold earrings from Oaxaca. These remarkable vintage earrings made with fresh water pearls and seed pearls. The gold used in these pieces is 10k and the earrings are probably from the 1960s. The earrings are characteristic of Oaxaca and are for pierced ears. They measure 1 4/5" long (4.4cm) and 1/2" wide (1.3 cm). Hard to find unique Mexican jewelry. COLLECTOR QUALITY

This fabulous hand-made bracelet is the 'AFRICA" design of famous silversmith AGNESS SEEBASS. Agnes resides in Cuernavaca, Mexico. She originally trained at the Los Castillo workshop shop. Masterpiece by Los Castillo, this famous PERICO design won a coveted award in Mexico in the 1960s. The design uses several of the techniques used in the Castillo Taller. The piece has inlay malachite or "Mosaico Azteca"; inlay onyx "Piedra Negra"; mixed metals "Metales Casados". Well crafted as all Los Castillos pieces.
